Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate Reception position / Office Administration position.
  • Experience in financial services, management consultancy, or professional services.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with impeccable grammar.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Manage and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with clients and relevant staff members.
