We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting all departments, and creating a professional work environment. This role requires fluency in Russian and strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administration:
  • Facilitate the office’s day-to-day activities to ensure employees can work efficiently (organizing meals, ordering snacks, stationery, and supplies).
  • Manage procurement activities and maintain relationships with contractors.
  • Monitor the condition of the office, furniture, and equipment, ensuring timely maintenance.
  • Handle office budgeting and reporting.
  • Manage correspondence, interact with couriers, and oversee document handling.
Reception & Employee Support:
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Support employees with onboarding and resolving administrative inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and office gatherings.
  • Order and manage office key cards and access control.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in administration, office management, or facility management.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency; knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
  • High level of attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle various situations professionally and efficiently.
