DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor office supply levels, manage inventory, and coordinate orders when needed.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal events, meetings, and activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and liaise with external vendors or service providers.
  • Provide logistical support during employee onboarding, including workspace setup and access arrangements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment in line with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in Arabic (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Proficiency in English (B2) required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent tools).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information.
