David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Filipino speaking Office Assistant for their Gaming studios in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE.

Position: Office Assistant

Location: Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor office supply levels, manage inventory, and coordinate orders when needed.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal events, meetings, and activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and liaise with external vendors or service providers.
  • Provide logistical support during employee onboarding, including workspace setup and access arrangements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment in line with company standards.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Filipino (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent tools).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information.
