About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to ensure the efficient operation of our office and support the wider team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing office systems, coordinating administrative processes, and providing high-quality support across departments. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and professional work environment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for senior staff and team meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate company records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events.
  • Assist HR and finance departments with onboarding, payroll documentation, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Support process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
