Job summary

Enclave Dubai is seeking motivated Off-Plan Property Advisors with Dubai real estate experience to guide clients in identifying investment opportunities and purchasing off-plan properties. The role emphasizes building relationships, closing deals, and delivering market insights.

You should have at least 1 year of Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales, Arabic language proficiency, a valid UAE driving license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales experience.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market.
• Experience selling off-plan projects and working with developers.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Arabic language proficiency.

We are looking for motivated Off-Plan Property Advisors with Dubai real estate experience to support clients in identifying investment opportunities and purchasing off-plan properties.
