Job summary

Heilbronn Properties / Heilbronn Contracting LLC is seeking an Odoo & IT Specialist to manage and support the Odoo ERP system, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of business applications across office and site operations.

You will configure and optimize Odoo modules, develop workflows, and coordinate with external developers. The role requires hands-on IT support for hardware, networks, and security, with a focus on operational efficiency and digitalisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT support and ERP experience.
• Strong practical experience with Odoo ERP configuration, administration, and workflow management.
• Knowledge of Odoo modules, user permissions, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and Python is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and IT asset management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain Odoo ERP modules, including HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Management.
• Develop and improve Odoo workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot Odoo issues and coordinate with external developers or service providers when required.
• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, email accounts, networks, and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, system security, and data backups.
• Maintain IT equipment, software licences, antivirus protection, and IT asset records.
• Support employees with IT-related issues and provide training on Odoo and other business systems.
• Coordinate IT requirements for head office and construction sites.
• Monitor system performance, data security, and compliance with company IT policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and digitalisation.
