Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai seeks a Procurement Officer with hands-on Odoo ERP experience to manage purchasing, RFQs, POs and material availability for an automotive company. You will coordinate with operations, warehouse and finance to ensure timely procurement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration, 2+ years in automotive/technical sectors, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive/technical industry.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Procurement Module.
• Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end procurement through Odoo ERP.
• Handle RFQs, Purchase Orders and Vendor Bills.
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability.
