Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is seeking a senior Manager for OCTG VMI and field services to oversee end-to-end supply chain, budgets, and client governance. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure API and ADNOC standards, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and sector experience in OCTG or O&G drilling supply chains. A focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading OCTG VMI or O&G drilling supply chains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCTG VMI operations and end-to-end supply chain across production, shipping, inventory, and yard management.
• Drive P&L performance, HSE compliance, and operational excellence for OCTG activities.
• Develop client relationships and governance over contracts and service delivery.
• Lead budget development, forecasting, and resource allocation aligned with ADNOC objectives.
• Mentor and develop team, support Emiratization and talent pipelines.
