SEGULA Technologies in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Overhead Contact System (OCS) Construction Manager to lead all OCS construction and installation activities for a major High-Speed Rail project. The role requires strong technical expertise in 25 kV AC overhead electrification and hands-on leadership of installation teams.

You will coordinate interfaces with track works, civil, electrical power supply and railway systems, ensure compliance with safety, quality plans, and deliver the project

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Railway engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in railway electrification and OCS construction.
• Direct experience managing OCS installation on major railway projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage construction and installation of railway Overhead Contact Systems (OCS).
• Plan and supervise OCS activities including foundations, masts, cantilevers and wires.
• Develop installation sequencing and work execution plans.
• Coordinate OCS installation across multiple construction fronts.
• Manage construction supervisors, engineers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure correct installation geometry, tension and interfaces with track and power systems.
• Monitor progress, productivity and resource allocation; ensure safety compliance.
