SEGULA Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Civil Works Construction Manager to lead civil construction activities for a major High-Speed Rail infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires coordinating earthworks, drainage, structures and interfaces with track systems, with a strong focus on safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The successful candidate will oversee large multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with design specifications and QA/QC processes, and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Extensive professional experience in civil construction management on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven civil works construction management experience on major railway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil construction activities on a major railway infrastructure project.
• Manage earthworks, embankments, drainage and related civil works.
• Supervise railway structures, bridges, culverts and foundations.
• Develop construction methodologies and execution plans.
• Coordinate multiple fronts and optimize personnel and subcontractor deployment.
• Review drawings, method statements and inspection and test plans.
• Ensure works meet design specs, tolerances and railway standards.
• Interface with track construction, OCS, utilities and other systems.
• Monitor progress, productivity and cost performance.
• Enforce HSE procedures and safe construction practices.
