Job summary

Flip retail in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified Occupational/Physical Therapist to support rehabilitation services across ICU, long-term care, outpatient and inpatient settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• HAAD/DHA license eligibility required or to be eligible.
• Minimum 3 years OT experience in ICU, long-term care, outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and clinical reasoning for diagnosis, therapy and rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze evaluations and results to plan OT treatment strategies with physicians or prescriptions.
• Help patients regain physical or mental function and adapt to special needs.
• Execute programs involving activities of daily living and therapeutic activities.
• Prepare patients for return to work; coordinate with employers and staff.
• Review patient progress and adjust treatment plans; finalize discharge when appropriate.
