Job summary

IRISH WELLNESS MEDICAL CENTER in Abu Dhabi invites skilled Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for pediatric and multidisciplinary cases.

The successful candidate holds a DOH/DHA license or eligibility, an accredited degree, and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• DOH Abu Dhabi license or clear eligibility letter.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the respective field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (pediatric or multidisciplinary experience a plus).
• Active professional registration from home country.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized clinical assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered intervention sessions.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress with high-level clinical reasoning.
