Job summary

Kayali in Dubai is seeking a proactive NPD Executive to coordinate new product development projects from concept to launch. You will manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory and more.

You will maintain launch calendars, liaise with suppliers, and ensure accurate project documentation while driving on-time delivery in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in traffic management, operations or project management in creative/brand environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Asana is essential.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows across photo, video, social, paid, and digital content.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Familiarity with fast-turnaround content environments and active production workflows.
• Experience within luxury, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or founder-led brands is a plus.
• Experience supporting global campaigns and social-first content ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage new product development projects from concept to launch.
• Maintain project timelines and track key milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Regional Markets.
• Update and maintain the launch calendar.
• Follow up with internal teams and suppliers to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action points.
• Maintain project documentation, specifications, BOMs, and launch information.
• Track progress and escalate issues to the NPD Manager when required.
• Support communication with suppliers and contract manufacturers regarding timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with launch planning activities including forecasts and order requirements.
• Generate regular project status reports and KPI updates.

Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPDExecutiveto join ourProduct developmentteam. In this role, you will support the coordination of new product development projects from concept through to launch, helping to ensure activities are completed on time, and information is effectively shared across teams. Working closely with colleagues across Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Finance,Purchasing, Logistics, and Regional Markets, you will playan important rolein keeping projects organized and progressing according to plan.

The NPDExecutivewillbe responsible formaintainingproject timelines, tracking key milestones, coordinating meetings, following up on action items, and supporting communication with suppliers and manufacturing partners. You will help ensure project documentationremainsaccurateand up to date while contributing to the successful launch of innovative products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to build experience in new product development, project coordination, and supply chain operations within the beauty industry.

Essential DutiesandResponsibilities

• Support the coordination of new product development projects from concept to launch.

• Assistinmaintainingproject timelines and tracking key development milestones.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory,Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Regional Markets.

• Assist with launch planning activities, including gathering forecasts and coordinating order requirements.

• Generate regular project status reports and KPI updates
