  • Consistently achieve — and exceed — your sales targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales field
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and valuation processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  • Proven track record in closing deals and managing client expectations
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly professional
  • Proficient with CRMs and real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
