Qualifications

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government authorities (e.g. ADM ADDC Civil Defense Etisalat) for approvals and NOCs.
• Review and prepare drawings/documents required for submission to authorities.
• Follow up on approval status and resolve comments or requirements in a timely manner.
• Maintain updated records of submissions, approvals and correspondence with authorities.
• Liaise with consultants and project teams to ensure design/site compliance with authority standards.
• Support project management and site teams in resolving authority-related issues.
• Represent the company during authority inspections and meetings when required.
