Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of experience in NOC coordination preferably on infrastructure or bridge projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's regulatory landscape and NOC procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and utility layouts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit NOC applications to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with government agencies and utility providers to track NOC progress.
• Review design drawings for NOC submission accuracy.
• Follow up on application status and expedite approvals.
• Maintain a tracking system for all NOC submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations throughout the NOC process.
• Collaborate with project teams to incorporate NOC-related requirements.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders to resolve NOC-related issues.
