You will engage with customers, upsell, and maintain high hygiene standards while supporting closing duties. Experience is not required; friendly, outgoing individuals who can learn the menu and ingredients will thrive.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly upon arrival, seating them appropriately, and providing menus.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing drinks orders accurately, in line with company guidelines, as well as serving food orders.
• Upselling additional products where possible.
• Answering customer queries quickly and efficiently.
• Ensuring all areas of the restaurant remain clean and tidy throughout service hours.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all areas of the restaurant.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly service.
• Assisting in closing duties as required such as cleaning tables, resetting dining areas etc.
• Having a good knowledge of menu items including ingredients, cooking times etc.
