ConFlip is seeking a dedicated Waiter in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve drinks to create a positive dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of hospitality experience, excellent customer service, and strong teamwork. You will maintain clean dining areas, follow safety procedures, and contribute to high standards with a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills.
• A valid food handler's certification (where applicable).
• Fluency in English or other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus & specials of the day.
• Set up tables, prepare condiments and serve drinks.
• Prepare orders according to customer preferences, using proper food handling techniques.
• Follow safety procedures when operating kitchen equipment.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure all dishes are presented attractively, garnished properly, and served on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout your shift.
• Assist other staff members as needed to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant.
