Job summary

GMG is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Trilogi Food division in Dubai. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring safe handling, accurate inventory recording and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining productivity and cost controls.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and Excel skills, and a willingness to work night shifts. SAP EWM experience is an advantage; familiarity with company policies and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 1-3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Manage movement and storage of inventory to meet business requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory and stock levels
• Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and workflow
• Implement health, safety and operational protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Allocate resources to optimize warehouse operations
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
• Maintain warehouse condition and organization per health & safety standards
• Address operational issues and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure effective communication between departments
