Job summary

Maahir HR Services & Solutions LLC is seeking a female Filipino overnight infant caregiver in Dubai to provide attentive care through the night. You will handle feeding, burping, diaper changes and gentle soothing, while maintaining a calm, safe sleep routine for the newborn.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ infant care experience and comfort with night shifts. First Aid/CPR is an advantage, and discretion and trust are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in infant care.
• Knowledgeable in feeding, bathing, diaper changing & baby sleep routines.
• Must be caring, patient, trustworthy & able to work night shifts.
• First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
• Female Filipino candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight care for the newborn infant.
• Handle feeding, burping, diaper changing and settling the baby to sleep.
• Establish and maintain a safe, consistent nighttime sleep routine.
• Monitor baby’s sleeping, feeding and general well-being during the night.
• Maintain hygiene of baby’s sleeping and care areas and prep/organize feeding bottles and equipment.
• Provide parents with a clear morning update on overnight routine and condition.

Provide attentive overnight care for the newborn infant Handle feeding burping diaper changing and settling the baby to sleep Establish and maintain a safe and consistent nighttime sleep routine Prepare sterilize and organize feeding bottles and baby equipment Monitor the baby s sleeping feeding and general well-being throughout the night Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the baby s sleeping and care areas Comfort and soothe the baby when crying restless or waking during the night Keep accurate records of feeding times sleep patterns diaper changes and observations Provide parents with a clear morning update regarding the baby s overnight routine and condition Recognize signs of illness or changes in the infant s behavior and promptly communicate any concerns to the parents Follow the parents instructions and household standards while maintaining professionalism discretion and confidentiality
