Job summary

Hilton in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure the accuracy of nightly financial transactions and to deliver warm, memorable hospitality. You will balance and code the previous day’s transactions, verify credit card payments, and audit reports to maintain daily revenue integrity.

You’ll collaborate with hotel teams to support operations, file records in compliance with tax authority requirements, and help ensure a smooth, guest-focused night shift that upholds Hilton’s service

Responsibilities

• Balance and code the previous day’s transactions, preparing daily operating sales and labor summaries
• Verify credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Review night audit reports, ensure sales journal accuracy, and analyze adjustments
• Daily reconciliation of all revenue & settlement amounts per POS, PMS, and other sources
• Review all voids, discounts, and entertainment/duty F&B charges
• Maintain recordkeeping: file and archive financial documents per tax authority requirements
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Ensure accurate financial records: Balance and code the previous day’s transactions, preparing daily operating sales and labor summaries

• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports.

• Verify and audit transactions: Review night audit reports, ensure sales journal accuracy, and analyze all adjustments

• Daily, a reconciliation of all revenue & settlement amounts per the POS, PMS, and other revenue sources is performed and recorded.

• Review All voids, discounts, and entertainment / duty F&B charges.

• Maintain recordkeeping: File and archive financial documents in compliance with tax authority requirements

• Collaborate for success: Assist team members and other departments as needed
