Job summary

A leading defense technology company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Mid-Level Network Engineer to manage network infrastructure and support IT systems. You'll have a key role in configuring networking equipment, optimizing routing protocols, and providing on-site technical assistance. Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering and 5-8 years of relevant experience, including familiarity with VoIP and network monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Layer 2/3 networking and system engineering.
• Proficiency in VLANs, OSPF, NAT, ACLs, STP/RSTP, LACP.
• Experience in network monitoring (PRTG, NetGain, Omni Vista) and VoIP.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Layer 2/Layer 3 switches and routers for systems.
• Implement and optimize routing protocols.
• Provide on-site technical support during system assembly and deployment.
