A leading tech solutions provider is seeking a Network Support Specialist for a 3-month contract in Abu Dhabi. The role involves troubleshooting and implementing network changes, requiring strong expertise in Cisco and Juniper, with at least five years of experience in hands-on roles. Candidates should also possess relevant qualifications. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential. The position offers a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in Cisco hands on experience (Routing & Switching).
• At least three years’ hands on experience in Bluecoat and Juniper.
• Experience with Load Balancers (F5/ACE) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer reported defects via remote access.
• Coordinate hardware replacement.
• Implement changes on customer networks.
• Open and work with manufacturer TAC.
• Update ticketing system with case history.
• Ensure SLA targets are achieved.

Network Support Specialist- 3 months contract

The Senior Field Engineer works within the field engineering team and is responsible for providing the technical skills to support our customers both onsite and remotely. On a day to day basis, they are focused on troubleshooting, implementing changes and supporting solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer reported defects via remote access
• Coordinate hardware replacement
• Implement changes on customer networks
• Open and work with manufacturer TAC
• Update ticketing system with case history
• Ensure SLA targets are achieved
• Travel as required and maintain a positive attitude
• Operate autonomously and demonstrate good interpersonal skills
