About the role

Role: Permanent

Location: Onsite in Bahrain or Dubai

Adecco is hiring a Network Solution Sales Manager for our prestigious client in Bahrain or Dubai.

Lead specific solution domain projects, plan annual operations, and document milestone achievements.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct optical market insights across ME&CA to identify opportunities and scalable solutions.


• Engage with carriers to understand business and network requirements and deliver tailored proposals.

About you

• Solid experience in fixed network, especially Optical Access and WDM (e.g., FTTR, 10G/50G PON, DWDM/OTN, OXC, ASON).


• Proven ability in market analysis and project operations.


• Familiarity with regional industry regulations and policies.


• Strong communication skills for both technical (CTO) and business (CBO/CCO) stakeholder engagement.


• Fluent in English and Arabic.


• Team-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
