Job summary

The role requires 2-3 years hands-on experience, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and the ability to travel to client sites across the UAE. You will monitor, troubleshoot, configure devices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
• Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Perform network configuration and upgrades in line with company requirements and industry best practices.
• Respond to network issues and outages, providing efficient solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to deploy network solutions for various projects.
• Assist in planning network capacity, ensuring scalability and redundancy for future growth.
• Provide network documentation, including topology, IP addresses, and detailed configuration.
• Maintain and optimize existing network systems, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Conduct regular system checks and performance evaluations.

• Travel to client sites for network installations, troubleshooting, and support activities (travel required within UAE).
