Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in network administration or infrastructure support.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Configure and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Maintain VLAN structure, Data, Voice, Guest, Printers.
• Ensure network uptime, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor bandwidth usage, traffic, and device health.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and network outages.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades and office expansions.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
• Manage IP plans, asset tracking, and backup configurations.
• Support VoIP systems and ensure voice quality performance.
• Assist in IT audits, compliance checks, and security monitoring.
