Overview

Nanny Job Description

Marcilly Recruitment’s client, a HNW British family who recently relocated to Dubai, is seeking a reliable and dependable nanny who can work independently and use their initiative to support their three children across the board. The successful candidate must have experience working with children in the UAE. They are open to both nannies and teaching assistants. They are a lovely family who really look after their staff and are respectful of hours etc. The successful nanny must be a good communicator with excellent English. Ideally, they are looking for a live-out nanny, but they would also be open to discussing live-in for the right person.

Location: Dubai, UAE. Salary: AED 6k-8k per month. Start date: ideally ASAP, but happy to wait a notice period for the right candidate. Hours: 45 hours a week spread over six days (Monday to Friday plus one weekend day a week). These are not worked over, but are done on a rota type basis with plenty of notice. The children are G1, B5 and G9. The family also have a dog so the successful nanny must be good around animals. The family travel in the school holidays and are seeking a nanny who can travel with them as the father has various different businesses.

The family don’t have any live-in staff, but they do have a live-out driver and housekeeper.
