Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Multiskilled Technician to maintain the hotel’s facilities, ensuring safety and optimal operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems. You will conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping to minimize guest disruption.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team approach to deliver reliable, high-quality service in a hospitality

• Proven maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance and repair tasks across different systems within the hotel, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
• Diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to hotel operations.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Housekeeping departments to schedule repairs and maintenance without compromising guest experience.
• Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance and repair tasks across different systems within the hotel, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
• Diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to hotel operations.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities performed, including parts used and time spent, to contribute to the accurate tracking of expenses and budget management.
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.
