Hilton in Dubai is seeking a Multiskilled Technician to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry elements across the hotel’s infrastructure. You will coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping to minimize guest disruption while ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on maintenance experience, quick learning of new technologies, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in handling a variety of maintenance tasks with a strong foundation in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance and repair tasks across different systems within the hotel, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.

• Diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to hotel operations.

• Coordinate with the Engineering and Housekeeping departments to schedule repairs and maintenance without compromising guest experience.

• Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.

• Stay updated with the latest standards and technologies in the maintenance field to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations, minimizing risk to staff, guests, and property.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTION

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities performed, including parts used and time spent, to contribute to the accurate tracking of expenses and budget management.

• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget compliance
