Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging visual content across digital, social, print, and video platforms.
• Create polished multimedia assets: graphics, motion design, animations, short-form videos, EDMs, presentations, and event collateral from concept to final production.
• Bring a designer's eye: strong typography, composition, color, and spacing; defend design choices when needed.
• Use modern design/motion tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, Cinema 4D, or Blender as required.
• Uphold brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across touchpoints.
• Stay current with trends and AI-powered tools to push speed, quality, and originality.
• Take direction well; iterate quickly and know when to push back or deliver.
• Edit and produce short-form video content for social, podcasts, corporate films, and events.
• Maintain organized file management and assets in Notion, Frame.io, or Dropbox.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to meet timelines.
• Juggle multiple briefs without quality slipping.
• Coordinate with external vendors for fabrication.
