Who we’re looking for:

As a Multimedia Designer at VML, you will be a pivotal creative force, responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging multimedia content across diverse platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design, copywriting, and content teams to deliver visually stunning and highly effective assets that resonate with our clients' audiences and elevate their brands. Your ability to blend creativity with technical skill will be essential in driving innovative digital and social campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conceptualize and create diverse multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, specifically for social and digital platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Designers, Copywriters, Content Teams) to thoroughly understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop compelling visual concepts and detailed storyboards based on project briefs and client feedback.
• Design and produce engaging social media and digital content across a variety of client accounts.
• Create captivating animations and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling and brand messaging.
• Stay continuously updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia design.
• Proactively generate innovative ideas for social campaigns across various brands and clients.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar creative role, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing multimedia projects.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of fundamental design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Extensive experience with video editing, motion graphics, and animation techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for crafting visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced agency setting.
• Knowledge and/or experience with 3D design software is a plus.
