A reputable hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Arabic and English, and have a strong orientation toward customer service. Flexibility to work in various shifts is essential, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications
