Job summary

YAEMCO LLC in Dubai is seeking two Multi Skill Technicians to join our facilities management team. The role requires experience across multiple scopes, including MEP and civil works, with a strong focus on customer service to tenants.

Candidates should be able to work full-time in Dubai, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and maintain positive working relationships within the team and with clients. Previous FM experience in the UAE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Should be multi-skilled with experience in more than one scope of services related to Facilities management (MEP & Civil Works).
• Demonstrate a positive and professional approach with tenants and strive for high customer service standards.

Speak with others using clear and professional language, and prepare and review information in a variety of formats accurately and completely.

To attend guest request and requirements as promptly as possible

Perform Other Reasonable Job Duties As Requested By Supervisors
