Job summary

EQARAT.COM L.L.C is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a Dubai facility.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience, reading blueprints and schematics, and hold a high school diploma or GED with relevant technical training. Certifications in HVAC or other trades are a strong asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant technical field asset.
• HVAC/electrical/plumbing/mechanical trades certifications encouraged.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules including lubrication, calibration and inspection of machinery and building systems.
• Install, modify and upgrade equipment and systems following safety regulations and technical specifications.

Job description

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on diverse mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions utilizing schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules including lubrication, calibration and inspection of machinery and building systems
• Install, modify and upgrade various equipment and systems adhering to safety regulations and technical specifications
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED; vocational training or associate's degree in a relevant technical field is a strong asset.
• Hold relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical trades.
• Demonstrate 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
