• Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain transient rooms inventory and maximize transient revenue.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies across all segments.
• Produce accurate forecasts by segment.
• Analyze STR comp-set performance and market trends.
• Lead weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings.
