Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking a Store Manager for Centrepoint in Dubai to drive sales, oversee four concept teams, and ensure superior customer service. You will manage store staff, optimize layouts, and implement loyalty initiatives to boost customer engagement and revenue.

The role requires 4–5 years in retail/customer management, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Retail ERP systems. A dynamic leader with a focus on customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 - 5 Years in a Retail/Customer Management Role
• Graduate / High School with Diploma
• Fluent in English and capable of Arabic communication
• Basic MS Office and familiarity with retail ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Drive overall Centrepoint sales by collaborating with store supervisors from 4 concepts and control costs through excellence in commercial, operational, people and customer service.
• Lead by example to ensure all customers receive exceptional service and manage store teams effectively.
• Develop and expand the Shukran loyalty database and maximize sales potential.
• Ensure store layout and merchandising meet concept standards and deliver the right customer experience.
