Responsibilities

• Use and manage 15–20 UAE insurance portals to issue, renew, or update motor insurance policies.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance options.
• Ensure all insurance documents are accurate and meet RTA/government regulations.
• Provide professional customer service by handling queries and resolving issues quickly.
