About Us

We are a vehicle documents and services office in Ras Al Khaimah. Recently, we have expanded our services to include motor insurance. We work directly with some of the largest insurance brokers and companies in the MENA region to provide insurance solutions to our customers.

Job Role

We are looking for an active and dynamic Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The role involves working across multiple UAE insurance portals, assisting clients in selecting the right motor insurance policy, and ensuring all vehicle and government requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Use and manage 15–20 UAE insurance portals to issue, renew, or update motor insurance policies.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable insurance option.
  • Ensure all insurance documents are accurate and meet RTA/government regulations.
  • Communicate and follow up with insurance brokers and companies when required.
  • Provide professional customer service by handling queries and resolving issues quickly.
  • Maintain proper records of all policies issued, renewed, and cancelled.
  • Support the office team in delivering smooth and efficient insurance services.
Requirements
  • Experience in UAE motor insurance portal handling is a must.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in insurance coordination or a related role.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently across multiple systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills (Arabic/English preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Ras Al Khaimah.
