Job summary

Rayqube is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Animator to design and deliver high-quality motion graphics across web, mobile, and multimedia projects. You will develop templates and collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate concepts into impactful motion assets.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and the Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of storytelling and animation principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation work.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other industry-standard animation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, storytelling, and visual design.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect animations and scalable motion assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, mobile applications, and multimedia projects.
• Develop and maintain animation templates and libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate creative concepts into impactful motion assets.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and prototypes to communicate animation ideas.
• Conduct research and testing to validate design and motion effectiveness.
• Ensure all animations follow accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices.
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
