Salt in Dubai is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer who speaks Arabic to join our fast-growing social media team. You will create engaging motion graphics and edit video content for regional and international brands, delivering social-first assets on tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in motion graphics or video editing, advanced After Effects, and a strong portfolio of social content. This role offers a collaborative agency environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker (essential).
• 2-4 years' experience in Motion Graphics or Video Editing.
• Experience in social media, creative or digital marketing agency.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects (essential).
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating content optimized for social-first platforms.
• Strong eye for design, animation, typography and storytelling.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations and edited video content.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Edit short and long-form video content for client campaigns.
• Design engaging animations, transitions, titles and visual effects.
• Work closely with the creative, social media and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
• Adapt creative content across multiple digital platforms and formats.
• Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard and within tight deadlines.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques and motion design best practices.

Salary: AED 10,000 - 13,000 per month

Our client is a fast-growing social media agency in Dubai, working with a portfolio of leading regional and international brands. They are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating engaging social-first content and has strong video editing skills.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands the latest social media trends, and can bring creative ideas to life through motion design and video.
