Job summary

A leading hospitality recruitment agency is seeking a Moroccan Cuisine DCDP for a luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring kitchen hygiene and supervising junior staff. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a luxury kitchen and be open to Moroccan and Asian nationals aged 38 and below. This full-time role offers a salary up to 5K AED depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or luxury kitchen.
• Open to Moroccan and Asian nationals from 38 years old and below.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and plating standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff as assigned.
• Support inventory management and menu consistency.
