Job summary

A luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Moroccan Cuisine CDP to oversee a section in the hot kitchen. You will ensure flavor consistency and maintain high standards of hygiene in a 5-star setting. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong focus on teamwork. This is a full-time position offering up to 6,350 AED monthly depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury kitchen.
  • Must work well under pressure with strong teamwork focus.

Job Description
  • Oversees a designated section in the hot kitchen, specializing in authentic Moroccan cuisine in a 5-star hotel.
  • Ensures consistency in flavor profiles, cooking techniques, and presentation aligned with brand and restaurant standards.
  • Maintains HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards while ensuring workstation readiness before, during, and after service.
  • Coordinates closely with Executive and Sous Chef to support smooth shift operations and timely service delivery.

  • Open to Moroccan nationalities preferably ages 38 years old and below
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or luxury kitchen specializing in Moroccan Cuisine.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and plating standards.
  • Works well under pressure, with strong teamwork and hygiene focus
