Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Dubai seeks a senior Digital Product Manager to own the roadmap, backlog, and performance across Rental, Leasing, and Subscription services.

You will translate business needs into features, define KPIs, collaborate with Technology, UX/UI, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors, and drive digital adoption across GCC markets.

The role requires 6+ years in product management, a track record delivering scalable digital solutions, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Product Management and Product Ownership across automotive, mobility, vehicle rental, leasing, subscription services, travel or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital product roadmap, backlog, and performance across Rental, Leasing, and Subscription services.
• Define and track product KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, retention, and digital adoption.
• Develop business cases for new product features and initiatives, including cost estimates, ROI, and expected business benefits.
• Manage product budgets and work with Finance to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Translate business and customer requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Improve digital customer journeys across vehicle search, pricing, bookings, payments, leasing applications, renewals, and self-service platforms.
• Work closely with Technology, UX/UI, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors to deliver product enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the development of scalable digital solutions across brands and GCC markets, considering local customer needs and regulatory requirements.
