Job Title: Apple iPhone Repair Technician (Level 2–5)

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Apple iPhone Repair Technicians (Level 2–5) to join our professional repair team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have deep technical knowledge of Apple iPhones, strong diagnostic skills, and hands‑on expertise in both hardware and board‑level repairs.

You’ll be working in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment where quality, precision, and speed matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all iPhone models (from iPhone 7 to iPhone 15 series).
• Perform Level 2 – Level 5 repairs, including:
• Screen, battery, camera, housing, and connector replacements.
• Logic board and chip‑level repairs (IC replacements, short detection, reballing, micro‑soldering).
• Recovery of Face ID, Touch ID, and True Tone features after component replacement.
• Use Apple‑standard tools and follow proper ESD and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate repair reports, part usage logs, and quality‑check forms.
• Ensure every repair meets OEM‑level standards and passes final testing.
• Keep up to date with the latest iOS versions, repair methods, and hardware changes.
• Assist in training and guiding junior technicians if at a higher level.

Qualifications

• Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on iPhone repair experience (Level 2 to Level 5).
• Excellent understanding of Apple iPhone architecture, logic boards, and iOS diagnostics.
• Skilled in micro‑soldering, IC replacement, and motherboard troubleshooting.
• Medium to advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Highly detail‑oriented with steady hands and a strong focus on quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently under pressure.
