Job summary

MySyara is seeking a Battery Technician to perform health checks, jump-starts, and battery replacements across Dubai, mainly at customers' homes or offices. You will travel between jobs on a company scooter, spending significant time on the road.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues with a battery analyzer, replacing batteries at the doorstep, advising customers on suitable batteries and warranties, and logging each job in the technician app while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid 2-wheeler driving license.
• Basic knowledge of car electrical systems and battery testing.
• Comfortable working outdoors in customer parking lots and driveways.
• Physically able to lift and carry batteries (12-20 kg).
• Prior experience as a battery/auto-electrical technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test battery health and diagnose starting/charging issues using a battery analyzer.
• Replace batteries at the customer's doorstep, safely disconnecting/reconnecting terminals and resetting onboard systems where required.
• Advise customers on the right battery for their vehicle and explain the warranty.
• Log every job (parts used, readings, photos) in the MySyara technician app.
• Follow all road safety rules while riding between jobs.
