Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is inviting applications for a 6-month Machine Learning Internship in our Business Intelligence team in Dubai. You will work on end-to-end data science tasks, from data cleaning to ML model development and reporting.

You will collaborate with product, tech, and finance teams, gain exposure to a cloud-based data warehousing environment, and contribute to live ML deployments with mentorship from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Interest in machine learning and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Query large datasets with SQL and feed ML models.
• Perform data exploration to identify patterns and data quality.
• Use Python to analyze data and build statistical models.
• Evaluate ML models and tune parameters for business needs.
• Collaborate with seniors to deploy ML models in production.
• Build customer-facing reporting tools to track system performance.
• Contribute to a strong team culture and cutting-edge big data initiatives.
