Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to support openings, refurbishments and brand rollouts. Based in our Dubai office, you will work with the Group Project Manager, coordinating schedules, permits, design teams and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality across multiple sites.

You will travel 6–8 trips annually across GCC, Europe and the US, leveraging Excel, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project or Procore to maintain clear dashboards and reports for senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, Engineering, Architecture or similar.
• 1–2 years in hospitality projects, restaurant development or fit-out (luxury F&B or high-end retail a plus).
• Strong organisation with a clean tracker and deadlines.
• Comfort with Excel and numbers; familiarity with project tools is a plus.
• Clear English; French or European language is a plus.
• Passport allowing travel to Europe/US or ability to obtain visas on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Build and run project schedules and trackers from design to handover.
• Work with architects, interior designers, kitchen consultants and contractors to keep projects moving.
• Follow permits and authority approvals with local teams.
• Visit sites, track progress and log snags until every detail meets standards.
• Track quotes, POs, invoices and budgets; flag overruns early.
• Coordinate furniture and equipment deliveries to site.
• Keep dashboards and weekly updates sharp for leadership.
• Work with Operations, Culinary, Finance, Marketing, IT and HR to keep every piece connected.

The role Based At our Dubai Support Office you work side by side with the Group Project Manager on new openings refurbishments and brand rollouts for LPM Restaurant amp Bar Le Caf LPM and LPM-sur-MER Expect 6 to 8 project trips a year across the GCC Europe and the US

What you ll do
