Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior / Technical Director to lead the Mission Critical Sector with a primary focus on data centres across the region. You will own the strategy, drive growth, and shape sub-sector plans while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

You will lead senior technical experts, manage P&L, and collaborate with Advisory, Engineering, Sustainability and Digital practices to expand WSP’s footprint in the Middle East data centre market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree in engineering management, business administration or relevant field preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in mission-critical/data centre projects, with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional strategy for mission-critical data centres, aligning with global vision and Middle East priorities.
• Own the Mission Critical sector architecture and sub-sector strategies, including value proposition, accounts, partner strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Lead collaboration across Advisory, Engineering, Sustainability and Digital practices to deliver integrated solutions.
