Job summary

RNA Resources Group Limited in Dubai seeks a data- and reporting-focused professional to design, automate, and govern daily, weekly, and monthly sales and delivery performance reports for Store Operations and Commercial leadership.

You will build Power BI dashboards, perform variance analysis, ensure data quality from POS, OMS, and delivery apps, and translate KPI trends into actionable insights for regional leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate the daily sales flash report storewise sales LFL growth and related metrics to Store Operations and Commercial leadership.
• Compile weekly and monthly Storewise Summary A3 pack covering performance vs target across regions and stores.
• Own the month-end MIS pack consolidating sales KPI and scorecard data for leadership review.
• Build and maintain the weekly Area Manager scorecard for home delivery performance and KPI tracking.
• Validate scorecard inputs against source systems (POS, OMS, delivery app, WMS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clean data feeds and present performance summaries in regular reviews.

Job description

Daily Periodic Reporting

• Prepare and circulate the daily sales flash report storewise sales LFL growth footfall invoices basket value to Store Operations and Commercial leadership within the agreed daily cut-off
• Compile the weekly and monthly Storewise Summary A3 pack covering Sales LFL NLFL performance SP Promo HD and growth vs target across all regions and stores.
• Own the month-end MIS pack consolidating sales KPI and scorecard data for review with Regional and Head Office leadership.

Home Delivery Area Manager Scorecard

• Build and maintain the weekly Area Manager scorecard for home delivery covering AOV ASP UPT Cancellation Out-of-Stock and Processing TAT Min with a weighted Final Score against the regional target.
• Validate scorecard inputs against source systems POS OMS delivery app WMS before publishing, investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Flag Area Managers and stores falling below target and work with Store Operations to translate scorecard gaps into SMART action plans, tracking status and completion weekly until KPIs recover.
• Maintain the RAG Red Amber Green status of each store region against target and elevate persistent under-performance.

Dashboards Analysis Automation

• Design and maintain Excel Power BI dashboards for sales KPI and home delivery performance ensuring they update reliably and are easy for non-technical users to read.
• Conduct variance trend and root-cause analysis on underperforming KPIs e.g. rising cancellations out-of-stock spikes slipping processing TAT and present findings with recommended actions.
• Automate recurring reports and templates to reduce manual effort and turnaround time and maintain a single source of truth for KPI definitions and calculation logic.
• Support ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analysis from Commercial Category and Regional teams.

Governance Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Store Operations Category Commercial Supply Chain and IT to ensure clean complete and timely data feeds into all reports.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation of report logic scorecard weightings and KPI targets and communicate any methodology changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Present weekly monthly performance summaries in review meetings with Regional Managers and Area Managers.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, dashboard building) — essential.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL or similar BI/reporting tools — preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholders.
• Well organised and comfortable working to daily/weekly reporting deadlines under time pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting performance data to store and regional leadership.
• Retail/home-delivery KPI literacy — understands what drives AOV, ASP, UPT, cancellations, stock availability and delivery TAT.
